It inspires young fresh talented singers or learners to take their passion a step closer to the title of “Swara Super Singer 2012”. It is open to everyone with highly esteemed panel of judges that will review all the entries that are uploaded at our website.

No. To be eligible for the contest, you need to sing only the songs mentioned in the contest requirements for that category.
No. Swara Super Singer welcomes contestants from across the globe who have a talent and aptitude for vocal music.
All the videos uploaded by the users are to be validated and approved by the Swara Administratory which will take a minimum of 24 hours. Once the video is approved, It will be shown automatically in the Home Page and other related pages in our website.
Also an email intimation regarding the video approval will be sent to the corresponding user.
Age limits are published for each contest category. But to use the website, you need to be at least 18 years or old. If you are below 18, the parent or guardian should be registering on behalf of you.

Our video encoder is suitable for all kinds of video upload supporting vivid formats wmv,avi,divx,3gp,mov,mpeg,mpg,xvid,flv,asf,mp4.

Upload Video:
- Upload File (You can upload videos directly from your desktop and share it online with Swara community)
- Remote Upload (Upload videos from other websites or server, simply enter its URL and click on Upload or you can enter YouTube Url and click Grab from YouTube to upload video directly from YouTube without entering its details)
- Remote Play (If you have video link and don't want it to upload and convert, simply plugin and play then enter its URL, duration, select its thumb, fill in the required details and click on upload)
- Embed Code (Embed videos from different website using their "video embed code" , simply enter embed code, enter video duration and select its thumb, fill in the required details and click on upload)

There is no specific audio resolution recommendation from our side but in case of video resolution; it should be at least 320x240.
No, once entered and uploaded; there is no need to re-submit again.
Recording file size for the contest is restricted to 200mb for upload. If for any reason you are unable to upload your file or the file is size is bigger than 200mb and you could not shrink it, please contact us by sending email to contest@swaramusicacademy.com
Yes. There are restrictions which are clearly specified on the website. As specified in the contest rules, the uploaded videos may not contain any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material; utmost utterance or any sort of sexual or pornographic content. Please ensure that the entries may not promote hateful content of any sorts; violence or harm to another person or persons. Contestants are advised to ensure that they do not any reveal personal information about them or other persons, nor may they defame or misrepresent another person, religion or community.
Search option is limited to searching the uploaded videos only. Search cannot be used to search words in the content.
There is no need to own the copyright and for further information. Kindly refer to our copyright page.
Yes, it can. If your uploaded entry seems to violate any rule specified before then your entry is flagged by us and further consequences will follow. Flags are used to indicate any kind of rule violation by the contestants.

There is a channel of communication via our email link which is available at our website. All you need to do is send us an email at report abuse@swarasupersinger.com Be sure to be clear while informing us as to which contest the entry is in, either by the name or by the URL of the contest entry. Remember to specify the reason as to why you felt that entry was violating rules.
All SwaraSuper Singers Contestant entries must feature the contestant in some way and must be submitted under the appropriate gender category. Entries may also ensure that they do not contain any copyrighted musical or visual material.
No. this contest is open for everyone who adheres to the age limit and it’s absolutely free. There is no need to pay any sort of money to participate in this contest.
Every entry which is uploaded at our website is made visible to public as well as Admin of Swara Super Singer. Swara Super Singer judges will review the videos and rank them for each category. If there is a tie, the video that gets the highest number of votes from public wins Swara Super Singer.
Editing or changing or modifying the video content of contest entries is not recommended. Because members may have already voted for your existing entry, changing the content of the entry would be unfair to them. If however you still feel the need to change or alter the video content, you can delete the existing entry and upload a new one.
The uploaded video is not visible to site visitors until it is made visible by Swara Super Singer admin.
The most common reason for an entry to be disappeared or to be removed from our contest pages is because the entry was flagged for a rule violation by our officials as per contest norms.
It is going to be rarest affair with the uploaded video getting lost. One problem that may happen that you might accidently delete your own entry in that case you need to re-enter with a fresh uploaded video. Swara Super Singer will not deal with the amount of votes lost in this procedure.
Yes, You can but a person can have only one entry in each category of the contest. The uploaded videos will be audited by the Admin and duplicate entries under same category will be removed and notified to the appropriate members.
No. No two videos by the same person should be similar. The vocals and the music content should vary in each of the multiple entries by the same person. If any sort of violation is observed, then all the multiple entries will be flagged and the entries will be removed without any notification.
You can delete a contest entry by deleting your video. Kindly note that once a video / entry is deleted cannot be uploaded or found again in our database. The count of votes for that entry gets also deleted. To re-enter the event and initiate voting by members; you need to upload a new video.
The uploaded video is not visible to site visitors until it is made visible by Swara Super Singer admin. The person who uploaded their video can see the video under their account.If you still don't see your entry, you can send email support@swarasupersinger.com for further assistance in this regard.
Swara Super Singer video entries should have a vocal component to ensure that they are in the league of other contestants in race.
No. Kindly ensure that solo entries with individual performances are uploaded.
